Services Description
JO WALT LLC provides eco-friendly residential and recurring House Cleaning Services in South Seattle and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Residential cleaning
- Recurring House Cleaning Services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
- Additional specialized House Cleaning Services as outlined on our website
Booking and Scheduling
By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking services, including property details, contact information, and specific cleaning requirements.
- Access to Property: You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property at the scheduled cleaning time, either by being present or by arranging alternative access methods.
- Recurring Services: For recurring services, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A consistent pattern of late cancellations may result in termination of recurring service agreements.
Payment Terms
- Pricing: The price of our services is customized based on your needs, which means that we will provide you with a quote after we determine your needs. Prices are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated in advance for any services.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, digital payments, and bank transfers as specified on our website or in our communications.
You hereby represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method(s) in connection with any purchase and that the information that you supply to us and to the third party payment processor(s) is true, correct and complete.
- Timing of Payment: Payment for one-time services is typically processed following the completion of service. For recurring services, payment arrangements will be outlined in your service agreement.
- Additional Fees: Additional fees may apply for services beyond the standard scope, excessive cleaning requirements, or other special circumstances. These will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
- Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service cost.
We reserve the right to cancel your purchase for any reason, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to fraud, inaccuracies, and unavailability of the items or services purchased. We will not provide you with any notice prior to cancelling your purchase
- Advance payments: We may ask you to provide an advance payment on any purchase made of the services offered on our Website. An advance payment is a partial payment of the total purchase price that will help pay for our actual expenses while providing the services.
We will not be able to issue you a refund of the advance payment that you made if we cancel.
Service Satisfaction
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will return to address any areas of concern at no additional cost.
- Limitations: Our satisfaction guarantee does not apply to:
- Issues not reported within 24 hours of service completion
- Areas or items that were not accessible during the cleaning
- Damage that existed prior to our service
- Extraordinary cleaning tasks outside the scope of normal House Cleaning Services
Liability and Insurance
- Insurance Coverage: We maintain comprehensive general liability insurance to cover potential damages that may occur during our services.
- Reporting Damage: Any claims for damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Please provide a detailed description of the item and the damage, along with photographic evidence when possible.
- Limitations of Liability: Our liability is limited to repair or replacement value of damaged items, not to exceed the actual cash value of the item. We are not liable for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Pre-existing damage or conditions
- Damage to extremely fragile items that would break under normal cleaning procedures
- Damage resulting from improper installation of items
- Indirect or consequential damages
Website Use
In using our website, you agree to:
- Use the website for lawful purposes only
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Not use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with others' use
- Not attempt to access, retrieve, or disseminate content that is unlawful, offensive, or objectionable
- Prohibited uses: You agree that you will not perform any of the following prohibited uses:
- Impersonating or attempting to impersonate Green Cleaning Seattle or its employees, representatives, subsidiaries or divisions
- Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or entity
- Sending or attempting to send any advertising or promotional material, including but not limited to spam, junk mail, chain mail or any similar material
- Engaging in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any person's use or enjoyment of the Website, or which, as determined in our sole discretion, may harm us or the users of this Website or expose us or other users to liability
- Using the Website in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage or impair the Website or interfere with another party's use of the Website
- Using any robot, spider or other similar automatic technology, process or means to access or use the Website for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on this Website
- Using any manual process or means to monitor or copy any of the material on this Website or for any other unauthorized purpose
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to, interfering with, damaging or disrupting any parts of the Website, the server(s) on which the Website is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the Website
- Attempting to attack or attacking the Website via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack, Otherwise attempting to interfere with the proper working of the Website
- Using the Website in any way that violates any applicable federal, state or local laws, rules or regulations
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend service to any client for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Repeated late cancellations or no-shows
- Non-payment or consistently late payment
- Creating an unsafe or hostile work environment for our cleaning professionals
- Requesting services that violate applicable laws or our policies
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
